As an employer of choice, Keppel Land recognises that work-life balance is imperative in developing a motivated and dedicated workforce. In May and June 2016, the Company held events in their Singapore and China offices to promote family cohesiveness.
“Hunt as a pack” and “focus on returns” were some of the key messages that Mr Ang Wee Gee, CEO of Keppel Land, conveyed to employees across the region at a staff communication session held on 29 February 2016.

“Looking back, the move to HCMC was indeed serendipitous as that was where I met my wife, Iris,” Ryan quipped. A large part of Ryan’s positivity stems from the immense pride he feels for his nine-year old son, Ryan Junior, or RJ, who “amazes him with his knowledge and keenness.”
At the global Keppelites Forum 2016, the annual group wide town hall, Mr Loh Chin Hua, CEO of Keppel Corporation and Chairman of Keppel Land, shared the group’s progress on its journey towards Vision 2020 with Keppelites around the world.

Lim Ping is a firm believer of work place safety. In his words, it is better to be a thousand times careful than once dead. When he was offered a chance to work in Tanah Sutera as a Safety Manager in 2012, he naturally leapt at the opportunity.
Eric Cheng first began his career in Keppel Land China as the marketing manager for Central Park City in Wuxi. That was followed by three years in the marketing department at the Company’s headquarters in Shanghai, before he moved on to head Keppel Land’s Waterfront Residence project in Nantong.
As part of its ongoing efforts to engage employees, Keppel REIT management organised a two-day retreat to Batam on 11 and 12 August 2015.
