The efforts of the Keppel Land Group were recognised at the recent BCA Awards 2016, with the Group being awarded an impressive 11 accolades, including the coveted BCA Quality Champion (Gold) Award for developers, the BCA Universal Design Mark (Gold) Award for its residential development, The Luxurie, as well as BCA Green Mark for Office Interior Platinum rating for Keppel Land’s corporate office at Bugis Junction Towers.

Three of Keppel Land China’s properties were also conferred the BCA Green Mark Gold Award − Serenity Cove (Phase 3) in Tianjin, Hill Crest Villa (Phase 1-1) in Chengdu as well as Waterfront Residence (Phase 1) in Nantong.

Keppel REIT won the BCA Green Mark for Office Interior Gold PLUS rating for the management offices of Ocean Financial Centre as well as Bugis Junction Towers.

Ocean Financial Centre was also re-certified as a BCA Green Mark Platinum development, and also received the coveted BCA Green Mark Pearl Award, while Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3 was also awarded the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award.

MOU

Creating a greener tomorrow

Keppel Land has entered into a partnership with BCA to embark on a three-year campaign to facilitate the collaboration between schools and corporate organisations for projects which promote sustainability in the built environment.

The BCA-Keppel Land Partnership was inked at the launch of Build-it-Green (BiG) Day Out 2016, a three-day public outreach event aimed to raise awareness and interest on green buildings and sustainable living habits among families with children.
