GOOD DESIGN

At the Singapore Good Design Mark (SG Mark) 2015 Awards, Keppel Land clinched the SG Mark Gold Award for Reflections at Keppel Bay as well as the interactive multi-media wall at the sales gallery of Highline Residences. Held on 13 March 2015, the SG Mark Awards recognise companies for their creative and innovative products and solutions.

Receiving the awards on behalf of the Company were Mr Goh Han Kee, Deputy GM of Projects at Keppel Land, for Reflections at Keppel Bay, and Mr Albert Foo, GM of Marketing at Keppel Land, for Highline Residences.

Mr Tan Swee Yiow, President (Singapore) of Keppel Land, said, “In shaping the future, Keppel Land has been privileged to develop innovative live-work-play environments in our properties, contributing to our city skyline with architectural icons such as Reflections at Keppel Bay.

“As a SG Mark Gold Award winner since 2014, we are spurred on to continue our commitment to deliver excellence and champion holistic design practices to enhance Singapore’s position as a global city.”

The multi-media wall at Highline Residences also won Silver in Multimedia – Interface Design category at the International Design Awards, which will be held in Los Angeles, United States, in May 2015.

HOSPITALITY HALLMARKS

Keppel Land’s properties in Vietnam and China have been conferred a total of five awards in recognition of their hospitality excellence.

At the 14th Golden Dragon Awards 2014 in Hanoi, Vietnam, Sedona Suites Hanoi was named the Best Serviced Residence. Previously, the hotel was lauded as the Best Resort Style Serviced Residence for 2013.

In China, Spring City Golf & Lake Resort was named Kunming’s Landmark Golf Course at the fifth China Golf Weekly 2013/2014 Landmark Golf Courses Awards in Shandong. This is the third time since 2009 that the resort has received this accolade.

Eco-City International Country Club’s growing reputation since it began operations in 2013 was recognised as one of China’s Top 10 New Courses at the same awards ceremony.

Mr Lau Tong Chye, Acting GM, Resort Operations, Spring City Golf & Lake Resort and Mr Elvin Chua, GM of Eco-City International Country Club, both longstanding Keppelites with close to 20 years of service, received Outstanding General Manager awards for contributing to the success of the golf courses.
