Ria Bintan Golf Club has been named one of the Top 3 Best Golf Courses in Indonesia at the Asian Golf Awards 2016

Keppel Land’s developments have gained regional recognition for their excellence in design and quality.


Sedona Hotel Yangon’s Inya Wing received an award for Best Interior Design (South East Asia) in the Hotel category at this year’s South East Asia Property Awards held on 24 November 2016.

Mr Ng Ooi Hooi, President (Regional Investments), Keppel Land, said, “We are heartened to be recognised for Best Interior Design in South East Asia in the Hotel category. The award reaffirms our commitment to building and operating quality developments of enduring value wherever we operate.

Apart from this latest award, Sedona Hotel Yangon’s Inya Wing was also conferred other accolades including Best of the Best – Best Commercial Development (Myanmar), Best Hotel Development, Best Hotel Interior Design and Best Hotel Architectural Design at the Myanmar Property Awards held on 30 June 2016.

The Inya Wing also clinched the ‘Highly Commended’ Award for New Hotel Construction and Design (Myanmar) at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016-2017 in April 2016.


Ria Bintan Golf Club (Ria Bintan) has been named one of the Top 3 Best Golf Courses in Indonesia at the Asian Golf Awards 2016, alongside acclaimed championship courses Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort and Royale Jakarta Golf Club.

Organised by Asian Golf Magazine, the Asian Golf Awards is the premier annual poll of golfing facilities in the region. This year, winners were decided by a panel of judges and the total votes cast online over a duration of three months.

Set amidst pristine white beaches, clear emerald waters and lush tropical forests, Ria Bintan is a 27-hole championship course designed by celebrated golf legend Gary Player. The club boasts two award-winning courses, the 18-hole Ocean Course which was recently reopened after being refurbished, and the 9-hole Forest Course.

One of Asia’s best-established and leading courses, Ria Bintan has consistently been named one of the best golf courses in Asia and Indonesia. It was the first in Indonesia to achieve the highly acclaimed Audubon International Classic Sanctuary Program certification for its leadership, commitment and high standards of environmental management.
